They are multi-talented, as they answer phones calls, reply to voicemails, order contact lenses and supplies, book appointments, verify insurance, file claims, teach new contact lens wearers how to insert and remove their lenses, check patients in and out, perform patient pre-screenings and auxiliary testing.
